Shipping & Returns

All orders ship via courier within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Serbia typically takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping fee

550 RSD for all orders under 5,000 RSD. Above 5,000 RSD shipping is free.

Payment

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or cash on delivery to the courier.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the package, no questions asked. Product must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Damage or wrong item

If you received a damaged item or wrong size/color, contact us within 48h of receipt at the contact email in the Footer. We will replace it at our cost.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we refund via the same method used for payment - within 14 days at the latest.
