Privacy Policy

This page describes how ZAVET collects, uses and protects your personal data. This text is a placeholder for the academic project - before real transactions, all legal terms must be reviewed by a legal advisor in compliance with Serbian personal data protection law and GDPR.

1. What data we collect

When placing an order we collect your name, email, phone and shipping address. For card payments, the card data is processed exclusively by Stripe - our server never touches card details.

2. How we use data

Your data is used solely to fulfill the order, send email confirmation and deliver the package. We do not share it with third parties other than the courier service and the payment processor.

3. Retention

Order data is kept for 5 years (statutory tax recordkeeping), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Requests can be sent to the contact email in the Footer.

5. Cookies

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies set are technically essential (e.g. admin user session).
